Sharifah’s career is on the rise within the entertainment industry. From TV commercials, to TV sitcoms, to theatre productions – to movies and music videos - Sharifah’s talent transcends music. She is an actress, a musician and a producer.
Few artists have traveled so effortlessly from one artistic medium to another as Sharifah with her incredible array of talents as a movie actress, musician, singer and songwriter, and a fashion industry talent. Sharifah was born in Buffalo, NY on June 1st being the eighteen of nineteen children in the mist of musicians, poets, rappers, models, and various other Artistic mediums and talents within a City known for presenting some of the finest talents like Brain McKnight, who accompanies Sharifah on her Distribution Company Entertainment ONE (E1). Western, NY has always been known for cutting edge singers and musicians. Sharifah joins her talents to the roosters of skill talents that emerged from the East Coast and Western New York.

- I am so grateful to have been able to serve with The Mat Urban Hope Center, Spirit Of Truth Urban Ministries, Buffalo City Mission, and Friends Of The Night People during the 2012 Holiday Season in feed the hungry. It is because of agencies like these that our community has found hope in these times. Thank you for allowing me to serve with you and your family and staff. - December 14th, 2012, I performed the Rock The Walls Concert 2012 where I gave away an Apple I-Phone 3 and Tablet along with other special gifts. It was a pleasure to partner up again with One In Christ Ministries in Buffalo, NY in support of Second Chance Ministries giving individuals who come out of jail a second chance. - December 6th, 2012, I was an guest on WUFO 1080AM Radio Station were I had the opportunity to speak about my upcoming participation at the event Rock The Walls 2012, showcase my singles Crossing Over and Pursued Me while speaking about what God has been doing in my walk and ministry. - November 14, 2012, As the movie “Thy Will Be Done” wraps up I had an amazing time with co-stars Kathy Bowman, Al Garrison, Darcel Blue, Jocelyn Bowman, and Jennifer Jacobs who all did an amazing job. I am looking forward to watching the outcome of this great work of art I am so in awe to have join this team of talented actors for this screen play and musical by Writer, Director, and Producer Albert Johnson

I am so honor to have someone that I watched on TV growing up to sit across from me and ask me about what I am doing. I was/am still star struck as I got to sit a speak with her about my Music, influences, and upcoming performances. We all agreed that this experience was amazing. It turned out that we all had such an incredible chemistry and respect for the music and the incredible writing style from each other, which made this recording process one of the best experiences in the lab. It was a bit of a revelation to find out that it could be so satisfying and so much fun to collaborate.

Overall Uncovered is an great album. Each song brings something creative and poetic to the table while still being consistent with the style of the other tracks.
